For Yukon Location:

We are located Yukon Oklahoma Candian County, our address is 1607 Professional Circle. We are situated southside of I-40 and Garth brooks Blvd exit. Go to the second stop light, turn right (west) Canadian Valley Hospital is to the North (right) and Dental Depot is to the south (left). Soon after Dental depot turn left (south) on to Professional  Circle. We are the second parking lot on the left (east) with a sign says Integris Canadian Valley Anex.
